## **1. The Tutorboss Promise**

- We believe the best coaching relationships are two-sided and flourish when both sides give 100%. We are committed to your success, and ask that you commit to actively participating. ## **2. Fees and Payment**

- You agree to pay the fees for the “Master Your Tutoring Game Plan” experience as stated at the point of checkout, or as separately agreed in writing between you and Tutorboss. Payment must be made in full (or as per the payment plan selected at checkout, or as specified in your custom payment arrangement) before participation in the 90-day programme (22/09/25–21/12/25) begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- If you select a monthly instalment option, your card on file will be charged automatically each month on the anniversary of your first payment. If a payment fails, you have seven (7) days to resolve the payment. After this grace period, a $20 USD late fee will be charged, and access to the programme may be suspended or revoked until payment is settled.

## **3. Rescheduling and Attendance**

- All sessions begin promptly at the agreed start time. Non-attendance, or late attendance, does not entitle you to a refund or partial refund, and no sessions will be rescheduled for missed appointments.
- All group calls are recorded and made available via the Tutorboss portal within 48 hours for replay.
- In the rare event that Tutorboss must reschedule due to illness or force majeure, reasonable notice will be provided.

## **4. 90-Day ‘Do The Work’ Money-Back Guarantee**

Tutorboss offers a 90-Day ‘Do The Work’ Money-Back Guarantee.

You are eligible for a refund or continued coaching at no extra cost only if you:

- Complete all programme worksheets and assignments.
- Attend and participate in at least 50% of live coaching calls.
- Implement the business strategies taught (documented by submissions such as completed worksheets or marketing screenshots).
- Participate in accountability check-ins and submit all requested evidence in a timely manner.

If you meet these requirements and have not made back your programme investment by the end of the 90 days, you must submit a written request and supporting evidence within 14 days of the programme’s end. Tutorboss will, at its discretion, refund your investment or offer continued coaching support at no additional cost.

Refunds are **not available** for change of mind, non-attendance, or failure to fully participate, except as provided above. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.

## **5. Change of Mind or Hardship**

- Change of mind does not entitle you to a refund.
- If you experience hardship, please contact [hi@tutorboss.co](mailto:hi@tutorboss.co). Tutorboss may, at its discretion, review your situation and may offer extensions or other support, but is not obliged to do so.

## **6. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property**

- Only authorised users who have agreed to this Agreement may access Tutorboss services.
- All rights, including intellectual property rights, remain with Tutorboss and its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any right or licence in Tutorboss trademarks or intellectual property.

## **7. Non-Transferability**

- The rights and obligations under this Agreement are personal to you and may not be assigned or transferred.

## **8. Severability**

- If any part of this Agreement is held invalid, the remaining sections will continue in full force.

## **9. Force Majeure**

- Neither party is liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, excluding payment obligations.

## **10. Governing Law**

- This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Each party submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

## **11. Dispute Resolution**

- You agree to first contact Tutorboss at [hi@tutorboss.co](mailto:hi@tutorboss.co) to resolve any disputes. If not resolved, mediation will be pursued before legal proceedings. Each party is responsible for their own legal and mediation costs.

## **12. Limitation of Liability**

- Except as expressly required by law, Tutorboss makes no other guarantees or warranties, express or implied. Tutorboss’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the programme.

## **13. Entire Agreement**

- This Agreement sets out the entire understanding between the parties. No other agreement, written or oral, is binding unless signed by both parties.
